The show concept was simple... standup comedian Colin Quinn (formerly of Saturday Night Live and other projects) would invite a panel of 4 standup comedians or other funny people to BS and comment about the news and other issues.

Sort of a male The View. Especially because the comedians were often woefully ignorant of the actual issue they were discussing, so they'd gun for cheap gags. (When one thought they knew what they were talking about, they'd soapbox until one of the others would spear them with a one-liner.)
